[This guy who's trying to help looks...less than reliable. His jacket is haphazardly tossed on the back of the chair he's sitting at, stained with oil and grease. One of his boots is missing, and there's vials of something on his belt loop, something that barely looks like liquid. Something that looks like powdered rainbows, or plasma, or, or...whatever it is, it doesn't appear to be natural. It's like an unnatural glowstick, illuminating his seat with its eerie light.

He's hunched over a random schematic like he's about to doze off, and a glance at him reveals that his skin is sallow and eyes sunken, like he hasn't slept in days.

(Try weeks. Or perhaps months. Let's just say it's a miracle that he's even awake at all.)

But his hands are moving far far too quickly for him to be just sleep-twitching, fidgeting with a pen in one hand and a piece of scrap metal being squeezed in the other. The schematic is littered with what seems to be random notes.

What do you think is the best way to go about cutting this thing's source of power? It has to be using something to drain all this energy from the city.
