The Robin-sized lump is fine with being ignored, honestly. It means there's less eyes on the articles that he's reading or, at this particular moment, the full downloaded video of the livestream that Tim dug off of the equivalent of 8chan. OurPowers may have pulled it down, but nothing is ever gone from the internet.

Tim's watching it on mute, pausing and rewinding and zooming to look for something - anything that one of the others missed. That says where else the Joker might be. Because no one's telling Tim anything about that, and it's driving him crazy.
