Well it's fortunate your difficult, arrogant, and slightly idiotic wealthy client just happens to be in the market for technology he doesn't quite understand and is going to need to ask a lot of questions and see a lot of demonstrations. [ The technology may be different here, but people aren't. He knows how to be a difficult aristocratic arse, and how to feign wanting but not understanding what he's trying to buy.
