[Jason's now mentally reconsidering how skilled he is at knowing when he's being spied on. He thought he was quite good. He was trained by the supposed world's greatest detective after all. Tim was easy enough to sense and Jason could blame the technological gap for why he didn't notice the second Batman but he has no idea how he didn't notice Cass.
