[Jason stares at Tim and doesn't miss how much the third Robin isn't liking the idea of getting tazed. He's not a fan of it either but he's even less of a fan of a Joker chip implanted in him. He wouldn't put it pass this iteration of the Joker to have done that to Tim, just like the Joker the second Batman fought.
