What he talked about was the focus on recruiting above all else, and that they don't vet recruits, just sign them up, and they're most interested in members bringing in more recruits. That that was much more important than the good you actually did for people. That sounds like a recipe for disaster already, and combined with how we all arrive here with nothing and their generosity gets cut off unless we join...
