Balthier reaches for the Mist. He knows it isn’t there but it’s the fastest way he can pull up spells. He fashions it over them and the bike, encouraging any eyes that land on them to see whatever is on the other side. Effectively invisible. He can feel a little pressure at holding that spell and the bike, but it’s not much strain.
“You can see the appeal of having had a magic-using partner with a ranged weapon in this set up. Alright. Let’s go.”
He eases the bike up. It vibrates gently but is otherwise silent. The buildings here aren’t too tall, maybe six or eight stories. So he clears them and starts to zig zag over the mostly-empty streets.
