Not all who wander the halls are new. Some of them have been here for a while. One of the people included in that number was David, who was now moving through the hallway, holding a box of baked pastries. He'd come brought them right up to the roof so he could take an evening of looking out over the city, the height nowhere near as much as he'd like right now.

What he wasn't expecting to find was a woman there.
