Nox would be...less than thrilled, but given the ongoing situation he'd grudgingly agree and provide what he could (including that both he and Stephen Strange could be reached at the same address, since Stephen is also involved in the investigation). He would, however, warn that the Alliance's time was limited if they didn't want to be caught flat-footed once the problem inevitably boils over. Because they have reason to suspect things will become a problem very soon.
He would also inform Atomight that, as a professional courtesy, he is willing to share the memory of how Moonphase died--including the faces of her killers--regardless of whether the Alliance assists or not. In the event that there was an investigation still open into it or if someone just needed confirmation of what happened.
(OOC: I'm not sure if it was ever explained if he'd have learned her hero name or not, but if not just assume he described what he could remember of her appearance and costume. Or that he and/or Stephen figured out who she was in the course of their initial investigation, either works.)
