[Leo, unfortunately, has a good point. He's still learning about the Confluence but there's only so much of that anyone can do on their own. The Alliance's resources are a necessity, at least right now. If he wasn't stuck with a fifteen minute limit he'd consider storming their headquarters, but there's no way he could accomplish anything in that short amount of time.
