[Seeing Accelerator no longer gasping that choker of his puts Donnie more at ease than he might have thought it would. He lets himself soak in the atmosphere around him, the roof he sits on, the muted sounds of the city from below. Slowly he lets his arms loosen from his knees, folding his legs to sit cross-legged as he tries to relax now that he's thinking more clearly.]

[He lets out a breath as he looks down at his hands again before letting them drop into his lap as he looks at Accelerator, lips pressed firmly into a line in preparation of his next words, but he finds them willing to come way more easily than apologies usually do for him.]
