Great question! I see two options for this:

If you would like to play with the mirror taking complete control including of their voice, this would manifest as the mirror twisting the character's existing voice and personality to try to manipulate somebody into going away.

If you'd like to play with characters still being able to interact as themselves verbally, it's fair game for the character to have control over their own speech.
