Both magical and physical powers can cause damage to the house, but any damaged parts returned to after leaving them will either be a completely undamaged version of the original space or a different space entirely, still undamaged. They will find there's no way to cause permanent damage, or to damage or overwhelm the house internally to the point of escape. Breaking through walls, ceilings, floors and windows will all just land them in yet more rooms no matter how many they destroy.
Alternatively, as the house plays with spatial warping, it's also fine in the case of Kamala's powers for the space to adapt to her no matter how big she grows if that's more interesting to play with, and likewise can warp strangely around any magic Loki throws at it for some weird funhouse vibes! But the bottom line is there's no escape without a rescue.
