Between Tony, Tim, Dick, and Bucky, they will be able to make their way through the South side without too many difficulties. The mage will cause the most trouble; the floors will turn to liquid the closer they get, they may find themselves being attacked by the elements as they head down hallways, and while Tim will be able to get his hands on the data above, he'll find that shortly after he's able to swipe it, the entire PC system wipes itself out, clearing any data that may have previously been stored on them.

Office locations will be flooded, and information is very limited. In one of the offices close to the security hub, that the mage themselves had been sticking close to, Tim will be able to locate a few images of Atomight in the top drawer, along with a file inside full of handwritten notes scrawled in code. There's no cipher included.

They will be able to make it all the way to the prisoner's cell. There is a small window on the outside of it. Through that small window, they'll be able to see Atomight currently laying on the hard cement slab that would generally have a mattress on top of it, with a book in hand. While they can see in, Atomight can't see out of the window.
