At least he's getting somewhere. Jason knows it takes forever to really warm up people like this, so he's willing to play along for the long haul. Mister bro, his new best pal, will be one of the ones Jason spends most of his time with. He's fairly useless, but even low level lackeys have their uses, right?
After all, if he's good pals with Mister bro, clearly him standing around with him isn't suspicious at all. They're just chatting; Jason about a fake life back home that doesn't exist full of normal people things (normal parents, Peter and Mary--normal younger siblings, Elizabeth and Charlie) who do normal people stuff, until he'd ended up here.
Which also means, maybe getting an eyeful of the other guards! This is what he'll be aiming for; identifying which ones do have access to the maintenance and authorized personnel only areas.
What kind of security system is keeping everyone else out? Would Jason be able to swipe a security badge and uniform off of one? Or track down fingerprints, steal an eye?
Also: Jason will be pulling in Logan (knewaguy) into Arcadia! See, he's useful. Look at this random extremely gruff Starfallen he managed to con into moving into the city. He's also convinced Loki (dothelokimotion) to fake being pleased at staying in Arcadia.
