It also must have been a completely horrible experience, Accelerator is guessing, if only for the simple fact that people generally don't just walk off dying like it's a scraped knee. He didn't after Kihara beat the shit out of him. He for sure didn't walk off being shot in the head.
Though, he isn't sure how similar "almost dying" and "actually dying" are - for all he knows there's a vast gulf between the two, and he's only ever experienced the former.
