It will be nice to actually report in to someone, if he's honest. Like admitting there are authorities here he respects. Someone who has seen so much shit and might have answers to how to approach some of it. The very fact that she's around reduces David's anxiety and stress by a few points. Not many, but enough to be noticed by him.

That said, he thinks she might not feel as comfortable being given that title here, even if it was true. He also leaves out the royalty, former Headmistress of his alma mater, and so many other things.
