Atomight and Frances will be exceedingly reluctant to talk about it. They will be open that their reluctance isn't to cover up the truth - they're as disgusted with the Expo as everyone who now knows the truth - but that they want to protect the boy's identity. They can't salvage the meta Starstruck's reputation, his outburst did kill many people and destroyed most of the city, they can at least protect the memory of the teenage boy underneath the mask.

Should he build up a reputation as a trustworthy and noble hero by completing Missions though, their tune will change.

For a less direct route, there is no information in their databases on who Starstruck was. But the name Eclipse will come up when searching for his codename. His file notes him to be a ruthless killer, who had one run-in and Eclipse came out the loser.

Eclipse is also having been reported as being killed on the day of the blast, but Starstruck's memories say that is not the case.
