"Of course," Otto assures him on both counts. The fact that this guy seems to have a sense that the actuators could have a mind of their own is...momentarily concerning. But maybe he just means not to reflexively react with them? Either way, Otto's got them well in hand.

And, of course, he'll mention if it hurts. Although honestly, leaning down in this position is already sort of painful. God, his spine's a mess.

The competition starts easily enough. As broad as he is, Otto's just a guy, and not one who does regular arm days. He seems almost as focused on watching Andy work as he is on the actual arm wrestling bit - "Getting some initial readings?" he surmises, as the machine pushes back against him a few times with increasing amounts of force.
