"You're wasting my time," Thunderclap snapped angrily. How could he not see that?

And David? Oh, he was afraid. He couldn't push past Thunderclap anymore, and he saw it coming before Nolan could. Thunderclap's hand formed a fist and he moved to punch the kid in the gut. Better to knock him out here and now.
