Bette has to admit, just the woman's presence is calming and reassuring. Any trepidation she's been feeling about her new circumstances are gently smoothed away with just that smile. Bette basks in it for a short moment before snapping back to attention. "I...I would be honored to!" It's funny, she thinks to herself as she settles down near Diana. Bette's known Donna for awhile, they've never been close, but they were Titans together, and while Donna inspires something in everyone she meets, that feeling is somehow increased with Diana.

Carefully, she takes a sip of her cocktail and sets it down on the napkin it came with. "Sorry if I'm a little flustered. I'm, er, new to town, and I certainly wasn't expecting to meet you here. But I'm quickly learning that maybe I don't need to be like, so surprised?"
