Leo will be called up on to show that shell off and help a former criminal escape their old life and start anew under witness protection. Lawrence Rath was an informant working with a journalist writing an expose against the D'Amico family, and unfortunately, has reported that he feels like he's in danger now that a concerted effort is being made to "clean up their image". As many of the police in Central City are in their pocket, he's reaching out to the Alliance for help.

He can't offer Leo a lot of money, but he can offer him connections in the city for just about anything his heart desires. Real estate, cars, illegal tech - you name it, he can help put it in your hands.

The challenge of this is getting him out of the city unseen and unnoticed. Oh, and ensuring that his death is adequately faked. This may involve an elborate scheme and hoax, as this man is a dead man unless the world thinks he's six feet under.
