He doesn't correct Peter on the choice of name, not because it's right or because he definitely otherwise would but because it doesn't really register - they're in the middle of a battle zone, and an evac procedure isn't the time for semantics. So he nods, recognition of the sentiment, and moves swiftly on.

"Glad I could help." A little distracted, his focus more on the task in the moment than offering any proper comfort, but he does at least sound sincere.

It would be clear even without the message he'd received that Peter needs an out, and fast. Stephen's just glad he's seemingly already successfully extricated himself from the mire of other people's minds.
