Peter squirms a little under that gaze. He's not as intimidated by Dr. Strange as he once was, but Stephen is kind of an intense person! And he's looking at him like he's working something out, or looking for something wrong, or whatever. Look, it's uncomfortable for a second.

He takes a deep breath, runs a hand through his already messy hair.
"I thought I'd be all right since I could tell what the machine was doing, but…man. I wish I'd have been able to pick what memories it dumped us into." The last part is quiet; those were hard things to share.
