"Stop right there!" Chris shouts, activating her armed gear in the form of two pistols. She ducks to the side of the sonic boom and takes aim, shooting the ground in front of him with a laser blast...hoping to literally get him to stop right there.

"You're, um, under arrest!"

Chris didn't know if she had the authority to arrest someone yet, but it seemed like the thing to say...
