[ Much like Loki's last party-venture, this is set up very much in the same vein. a large ballroom for dancing needs. Tables and waiters passing around hors d'oeuvres and drinks. At the entrance of the ball room, there’s a fancy mask waiting for you if you don’t have one already. There’s a strict dress code for the event this time and Loki expects everyone to dress accordingly.

The masks also have a spell attached to them. They’ll afford you complete privacy. No one will recognize you under the mask. Unless, of course, you take it off and let them know. Perfect for the party guest who may want to indulge without causing a fuss. Hit up a partner and see where the evening takes you.

This event wouldn’t be complete without candy, of course. There are candies arranged on the tables in all types and colors. In front of them is a small description regarding each kind of candy. Be sure to read them carefully, as Loki has added a little . . . extra to the sweets, to give them a little . . . zing. ]

Jason is dressed like a steampunk aristocrat (sans hat, sunglasses, and cane) with a white streak in his hair. He also has his own mask as he doesn't trust the ones enchanted by Loki.

He's been mingling with guests and trying to see if anyone of particular interest was around. With so many people wearing Loki's masks though, it's been hard to know who was who.

So he decides to take a break for now. He leans against the wall near Dylan and softly sighs. If it weren't for the potential intel he could gather tonight, he wouldn't bother with such a fancy party. He had more than his fill with them when he lived with Bruce.

When Jason settles next to Dylan, he looks over, and is surprised to find the first guest that feels familiar. He raises his eyebrows, and hazards a guess who it might be — but he doesn't want to ruin the fun of the masquerade, even if one specific person didn't quite nail the whole disguise thing.

"Exhausted already?"

"A little," Jason says, not recognizing Dylan because of him wearing Loki's mask. "A lot of people I don't recognize but I know that's part of the fun."

Though it's more annoying than fun so far. Hard to gather intel when you can't tell who's speaking.

"Yeah." Dylan looks out into the crowd, at all the sweeping, elegant costumes, and feels a little... inferior? Like he'd wandered into a place he really didn't belong.

"I'm probably a little young for all of this, anyway."

"Nothing wrong with wanting to check what this was all about. Technically, Loki didn't put an age restriction to tonight," Jason calmly replies.

However, he understands that sense of feeling like he doesn't belong among seemingly more elegant people.
