For a second or two, Peter just soaks in the implications of this and the value he does indeed place on home-cooked meals, something that takes time and care. It's some people's love-language, seemingly.
And despite the very poorly placed humour, he is touched by the gesture already, continuously kind of awed by Loki and all the various things he does and says and is.

That was something the Younger Peter had said about the Loki in their world recently and had left Peter feeling kind of weird, not only because he trusts Loki, but because Loki hasn't hidden much of anything from him so far. Not his past, not the person he was, the things he's done, and regrets. Maybe Peter's sense of what counts as evil has shifted, especially recently when their goal was to rehabilitate the various people who sought to cause him harm across various versions of Earth.
Looking at Loki here and now--and having looked at him in various times and states since arriving--Peter would find it pretty much impossible to pin such an unwavering term like 'evil' onto the Asgardian.
And he certainly doesn't feel that term applies as he steps across the room, hand outstretched to rove across the god's jaw and pull him forward into a slow, deep, appreciative kiss.]
