"Exactly, that is also quite applicable," Donnie says, nodding his approval of the plant angle. Although it still makes the matter quite icky to think about.

"Something that can still manage to thrive on its own, except it's still missing some parts or hasn't gotten into developing enough to actually generate more than just the base instinct to spread.

"Looking at it by that analogy, it would just be a matter of working out how to identify the 'roots' and tracing it back to the main body, if that makes it easier to do."
