"A gun?" Donnie looks up from his coffee, somehow surprised by the admission. He can't argue that it's basic and effective. Guns are relatively easy to use. He's not sure why the notion seems stranger to him than his offering to give the esper a laser. Maybe it's because it's such a standard weapon.
