Jason's pleased to see Tim really enjoy himself and getting to play with friends. Even Robins should be allowed to be kids at least once in a while. A birthday is as good of an excuse as any for that to happen.

He waits for when Tim's not playing or with talking to someone before going over with a box wrapped in red wrapping paper.
