“Fine. Bad things sometimes happen when you’re around me,” Jason says, trying to keep his tone matter-of-fact. “It’s a hazard when you do the kind of work I do.”

Not that Jason necessarily relishes in it. Sometimes, he accepts it as the nature of being a violent vigilante and a crime lord. Other times though, it makes him think that maybe Bruce was right that he’s a danger to himself and others. Tonight feels like the latter.
