[ sunset falls knows how to celebrate.

loki hadn't been around for this one. not that he minds it much now. it is amusing to see how decked out everything is. from magical cookies to hearts nailed onto trees. truly this is the best town in america. he does pause to admire the handiwork (and makes a note to follow that up later. he really doesn't want another cult running amuck in his town).

at any rate, loki thought it might be fun for both of them to see what the festival is all about. he squeezes sephiroth's arm. ]

I do prefer dragon.

It is something we came up with. And it's unusual.

Most do not assign themselves a dragon in the pairing.

But that's the thing.

A hero is expected to fight for the people. A dragon only protects what is theirs, and fiercely so.

[ he does blush a little. he loves possessiveness, after all. ]

I am yours.

And there is no greater priority.

[It's only half a question. It's just nice to hear it.]

[He leans into Loki, just touching his forehead for a moment, before tilting his head to kiss him.]

[ loki leans into it eagerly, twining his arms around sephiroth's neck. ]

[He winds his arms around Loki's back, not hungry but firm. Steady.]

[ his fingers brush through sephiroth's hair as he deepens the kiss. he's in love. still so deeply in love. ]

[Sephiroth hums into it, muscles relaxing as he sinks down into Loki.]

[ he likes that, hearing the sounds he can elicit. loki pulls him closer, sweetness on his tongue. ]

[He loves the closeness of them, always being drawn in to where he now belongs. His fingers curl into Loki's clothes.]

[ loki enjoys being gripped, being held. anything to never be let go of again. he presses more kisses to sephiroth's lips before pressing a few to his cheek and the shell of his ear. ]

So, is this what is expected of a prince?

[For Loki's side of the bargain.]

Probably not.

But I wasn't a very good prince to begin with.

So I have something of a rogue then.

You weren't expecting to have a traditional prince, were you?
