[ loki smiles, bemused. gently, he takes sephiroth's hand. ]

[ with that, he slips the ring onto sephiroth's ring finger. ]

[ briefly, loki lets go of sephiroth's hands to conjure a ribbon. a silver ribbon. ]

[ his expression softens, the corners of his eyes crinkling. ]

[ that makes sense. and it's gratifying. loki had picked the ribbon because he thought it'd be easier. sephiroth cherised his hair, so perhaps a ribbon in loki's own would hold meaning.

but perhaps he'll make it into his own thing. loki couldn't ask for more. once again he grasps sephiroth's fingers, laying a kiss on his knuckles. ]

[Loki!! He did not come prepared with a pledge. From what little research he's done so far, he thought that happened at the wedding.]

[ sephiroth's not wrong. for loki, this is just a summation. he laces their fingers together. ]
